The information inside the SAMU 06’s website is destined to improve, not replace, the relation between the patient (or the website’s visitor) and his doctor.
Advertisements are not allowed.
Informations left by visitors on this website are not stocked (no use of cookies, no stocking and establishment of statistics).
This website offers you information about the medical emergency’s help service’s missions (SAMU) of the Alpes Maritimes which belongs to the CHU of Nice (Academic hospital center).
It also aims to make the communication easier inside the service.
This is a personnal initiative from a SAMU O6’s hospital pratician approved by the hospital institution of the Academic hospital of Nice (CHU). It doesn’t receive any financial help of any kind (from hospital institution, pharmaceutical laboratories). This is not a business.
It authorizes two ways of access:
- a public area: where the documents are available without any restrictions for all the visitors. It gives the presentation and background of the SAMU 06, medical regulation of the center 15 or the CRRA (The center of the receiving and regulation of the calls ), the CESU (the Teaching Centre of Emergency Cares) and the Mobile Services of Emergency and Intensive Care Unit of the Alpes Maritimes (SMUR)
- a members area: where all the medical documents are only allowed for the SAMU O6’s doctors (owning an account and a password after registration)
A pictures gallery is set on this website to make you discover a few activities of the service and its actors: the intensive care unit’s doctors and the emergency doctors, the Permanenciers of Assistance to the Medical Regulation (PARM), the anaesthesist nurses, the ambulence drivers, the logisticians...
Emergency medecine is a new discipline, still under construction. Step by step it has been recognized as a discipline in and of itself. It calls for a diversified knowledge: cardiology, pneumology, neurology, traumatology, pediatry...One of its exercices is the pre-hospital intensive care illustrated in the website.
The links favour the french-speaking and European websites. Please, don’t hesitate to communicate us new websites, adress changes or disappearances.
